1. Booking Deposit:

   • A booking deposit of 25% of the total service cost is required to secure your appointment slot.

   • The booking deposit must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

   • In the event of a no-show, the booking deposit will be non-refundable.

3. Payment Methods:

   • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (e.g., PayPal, Venmo).

   • Payment for services rendered is due at the time of your appointment.

4. Refunds:

   • Booking deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or in the case of a no-show.

   • Refunds for services already rendered will be provided only in cases of dissatisfaction with the service provided, subject to management discretion.

5. Late Arrival:

   • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please be aware that arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other clients' appointments.
