Hair Services:

- We do not offer refunds on hair services provided by our salon. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and our team will work diligently to address any concerns you may have regarding your service.

Appointment Payment Deposits:

- Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or in the case of a no-show. This policy ensures that our stylists' time is respected, and we can accommodate other clients.

Products:

- We may offer partial refunds on products purchased from our salon within 2 weeks of the purchase date, depending on the circumstances surrounding the request. 

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

- Refunds for products may be considered under the following conditions:

  1. The client experiences an adverse reaction to the product, subject to verification by a medical professional.

  2. The product did not meet the client's expectations or standards, provided the product is returned in its original condition.

Requesting a Refund:

- To request a refund for a product, please contact us within 2 weeks of the purchase date with your receipt and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Refund Process:

- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by salon management. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process using the original method of payment.

Refund Disbursement:

- If a refund is approved, it will be disbursed using the original method of payment whenever possible. In cases where this is not feasible, alternative arrangements may be made.

Gift Certificates Refunds:

- Refunds for gift certificate purchases are not available. However, the remaining balance on a gift card may be used for future services. Gift Certificates do not expire. 

Changes to Refund Policy:

- Hidden Beauty Salon reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
